How to Create a Cash Refund from a Cash Sale in NetSuite?

Hi,

I am trying to create a Cash Refund in NetSuite by transforming a Cash Sale record. However, in Celigo's Import Mapping, the Created From field is not available for mapping on the Cash Refund record.

Is it possible to create a Cash Refund by transforming a Cash Sale through Celigo?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Can you try linking "Payment events : Line ID" to the original cash sale id?

Thank you for taking the time to respond and share your suggestions. I appreciate your help.
I mapped the Cash Sale internal ID to the Payment Events Line ID field as suggested, but I am still encountering an error. I have attached screenshots of the error message and my mapping configuration for reference.

Hi Nithya, you can use 'celigo_nlobjTransformType' & 'celigo_nlobjTransformId' in the mapping, where "TransformType" is the record from which you are transforming (cashsale) and "TransformId" is the internal id of the exact record. You can find examples of this in this post for a similar issue with invoices/payments.
