FAQ: How can I access the “Created from” (InternalId) in NetSuite on my import mapping?

Q: I’m creating a credit memo in NetSuite, but don’t see the Created from (InternalId) field from NetSuite in my import’s mapping. I need this field to auto-populate the credit memo from a return authorization’s internal ID. How can I access this field?

You can use our internal Celigo mappings:

• celigo_nlobjTransformId (Internal ID of the transforming record type)
• celigo_nlobjTransformRecordType (transforming record type, in this case it’s "returnauthorization"​)
