While syncing Shopify orders (New Zealand market) to NetSuite via the Shopify–NetSuite integration, the cart-level (header-level) discount is not being applied correctly on the NetSuite Sales Order when Markets feature is enabled.

The discount amount is correctly captured and visible in debug logs

However, it is not reflected properly at the header level in NetSuite
