Header-Level Discount Not Reflecting in NetSuite for New Zealand Market Orders

While syncing Shopify orders (New Zealand market) to NetSuite via the Shopify–NetSuite integration, the cart-level (header-level) discount is not being applied correctly on the NetSuite Sales Order when Markets feature is enabled.

Details:

  • Shopify Markets (multi-market setup) is enabled

  • The discount amount is correctly captured and visible in debug logs

  • However, it is not reflected properly at the header level in NetSuite

Expected Behavior:
Cart-level discount should be correctly applied to the NetSuite Sales Order

@Akhila_Napari please confirm if you are on the Markets edition of the Shopify NetSuite Integration application (in the IA under Admin > Subscription > Subscription details mentions “Shopify Markets plan“ ). You can refer the KB article to understand the working of Markets edition.
In case you are on the Markets edition and still facing issue would request to raise a support ticket so that the issue can be analyzed further.
