Shopify Integration App - Sync Item Group Orders

I am using the Celigo Integration App to create Sales Orders in NetSuite (Shopify order to NetSuite Sales Order – Add) and I am facing an issue with Item Groups.
In the settings (Manage NetSuite Item Group using), I am using Member Component.

When I try to import an order that contains an Item Group, I receive the following error:

Unable to create the order in NetSuite for the Shopify order #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Failed to save record because Please enter a value for amount

Is there any additional configuration required to support Item Groups in this flow?

Hey Victor,

Kindly check if you have a mapping for the Items : Price Level (Internal Id) harcoded to “-1“ .

If you have the mapping and you are still getting the error message please submit a Support Ticket.

The Price Level is already hardcoded to -1 and I am still getting the error. I raised a ticket to support team.

As discussed in the support ticket, the issue occurred because the NetSuite Customer was set to use Canadian Dollar (CAD) as the primary currency, but the Item Record had no CAD price. This resulted in a blank rate at the item line level, triggering the error. With the CAD price now added in the item record, NetSuite populates a default rate, allowing the integration app to save and reload the order successfully.
