I would like to push the tracking numbers for the seller fulfilled prime orders from Netsuite. However, currently I am not able to do so. Is there an option that I don’t about?
Hi Usama,
Are you using the Amazon-NetSuite Integration App? The prebuilt Order Fulfillment flow uses POST_ORDER_FULFILLMENT_DATA and I looked at the Amazon SP API developer docs and it doesn’t explicit say that it doesn’t support seller fulfilled prime orders. For reference: Order Feed Type Values
If you are getting any error message or if you need further help. You can submit a ticket so that we can assist you further.
Hi Calvin,
Thanks for your comment.
Attaching a screenshot ![]()
So apparently the flow seems to there and it shows as successful.
I have this on the Export from Netsuite side :
And this on the Amazon fulfillment import adapter side:
This is the mapping that I have ![]()
But somehow it is not pulling the tracking numbers for me.
It is pulling the normal MFN tracking numbers but not the ones specifically which are ordered for Seller Fulfilled Prime!
Hi @Usama_Dogar,
Do the other item fulfillment shows up in the save search? If not, do they qualify the criteria that you have set?
Hi Calvin,
If there are multiple tracking numbers in NetSuite Item Fulfillment, Is it possible to push them as multiple packages to Amazon(one package for each tracking number) using the out of the box NetSuite to Amazon Fulfillment flow in the Integration App?
Thanks,
Sahithya
Hi Sahithya,
Syncing multiple tracking number is not supported by that prebuilt flow. For reference you can check this link : https://docs.celigo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004470507-Sync-shipping-and-fulfillment-info-from-NetSuite-to-Amazon
Thanks,
Hi Calvin,
Thanks for the confirmation! I believe that Amazon API’s are available to create multiple Packages. Is it possible to share this requirement with the product team and get this added in the next release?
Thanks,
Sahithya
