Does anyone bring seller-fulfilled returns from Seller Central into NetSuite? If so, how? Seems like this would be a really helpful process to have automated, so I thought I'd see if/how others are doing this. Thanks!

Hi @bhavanagogula, the article specifically states that this add-on is for FBA (fulfilled by Amazon) returns specifically. Can you confirm that it would work with seller-fulfilled returns as well? Thank you.

@greggriffin unfortunately not. We are processing manually for the time being.
Hi @justinbodin and @greggriffin- We currently do not support returns for Seller-fulfilled returns. I will take this as an insight and we will try to prioritise this in the upcoming release.

It is ridiculous that a basic integration like returns is not supported for the worlds largest marketplace. Please Celigo do it ASAP
@Praveen_Ellur Yes, we do not support that at the moment. Earlier, this was in the roadmap, but with all the other changes that Amazon brought, we had to reprioritize our roadmap. We would try to bring this as a template flow which could assist the IA flows.
