We installed and configured the Amazon MCF integration app to be able to use Amazon as a back-up or priority location during the next 6–8 weeks of holiday orders.
Orders were successfully sent, however we aren’t successfully pulling in shipped orders. That flow seems locked to run on Delta based on the previous export date time, so every subsequent run is still not pulling in updates (orders shipped yesterday).
The flow should be Sales Order created in NetSuite > shipment created in Amazon > creates Item Fulfillment in NetSuite.
Does anyone have experience with the MCF IA where they’ve run into similar issues?
Hi Lee,
This appears to be an isolated issue. Could you please raise a support ticket with us so that we can review and validate whether the Integration App is configured correctly?
Thank you.

Hi,
In relation to the ticket submitted with this:
While on-demand sync can bypass the AMAZON ACCOUNT ID (AMZMCF US-1), the normal run requires it. https://docs.celigo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016780311-Sync-your-Amazon-MCF-fulfillment#sync-your-amazon-mcf-fulfillment-0
PREREQUISITE: To be able to sync the fulfillment details for an order, the order must be from the same Amazon MCF account and SellerFulfillmentOrderId must match with the value provided in the NetSuite Order Id setting under Settings > Order.
