Case pack shipments - Amazon NetSuite Integration

Hello everyone,

I have been putting a lot of effort into creating a case pack shipment using the integration app on Celigo in recent months.

For some reason, even after following every step in the document, I am still unable to complete this task, and it only creates an “individual units” shipment. Anyone else faced the same issue? I tried to debug the “NetSuite Transfer Orders to Amazon Inbound Shipment Plan” flow and find out whether I am missing any step or mapping (I have attached the mapping on Post Inbound Shipment Plan to Amazon).

Sadly no help from the support team. I am getting the same repetitive answer and not helpful.

Apologies for the experience you’re having. Case pack creation mainly depends on how the transfer orders are set up in NetSuite, so I’ll need to take a look at a sample transfer order to identify what might be going wrong. I’ll follow up with you through the support ticket you already have open with us to review this in detail.

Once we identify the root cause, we’ll also check if there’s an opportunity to improve our documentation to make this clearer for future users.

Adding some remarks here:

  • Case pack shipment - ticked
  • All products must be for a case pack shipment and no individual products are there.
  • I have also setup the feed to have product height, length and width values.

Can you tell me what are the steps I should follow?

I have watched a video on zoom recorded and also read every document that is there.
