Amazon FBM order import error after turning on Multi Location Inventory

Hello, all. My company is using the "Amazon - NetSuite" prebuilt application, and we only recently finished our implementation.

Last Friday we turned on Multi Location Inventory for a single product/ASIN in Seller Central. We meant to turn it off immediately, as we were just exploring the feature for future use, but accidentally left it on over the weekend. Now we are getting new errors for every order we try to import with the FBM flow with that item:

We have since zeroed out all of the individual location inventory and returned it all to the default location. After doing some research, it seems like turning on the MFI feature on an ASIN/product in Seller Central triggers a permanent change in the data schema for the item, and I believe this is what is causing the error.

Any ideas on how to resolve this in Celigo? I did see some potential fixes using the SP-API or Feeds to change the schema in Seller Central, but I would really prefer to avoid that, as I don't want to do any further damage in Seller Central.

Hi Justine,

It looks like the error is related to the Celigo Amazon Local Selling pickup location mapping. The flow wasn’t able to find a corresponding location record with the internal ID "4d6eb7b5-1d47-47d9-926b-f6edc1f25d2a".

Since you mentioned that some changes were made on the Amazon side and have already been reverted, could you please try the following steps:

  • Retry the error and check if it goes through

  • If it still fails, try re-importing the order

  • If the issue persists, you may temporarily remove the Celigo Amazon Local Selling pickup location mapping and then retry or re-import the order

Let me know how it goes, and I’ll be happy to assist further if needed.
