Shopify Return <> NetSuite RMA integration

Anyone successfully connected Shopify Returns to NetSuite RMAs?

Ideally this would entail:

  1. Return request created in Shopify results in RMA in NetSuite in a Pending Approval State.
  2. RMA approved in NetSuite results in Return request in Shopify approved.
  3. RMA received in NetSuite results in Return being completed in Shopify.

Looking to remove as much of the manual process that we currently deal with as possible. Anyone got this working?

Hi Nuri, thanks for the response. Just looking for some feedback on whether this is possible. I don’t see any JSON related to the return in Shopify, so I’m not sure tho at data is exposed as an endpoint to interact with.

I’ve seen mention of this being possible in various sources, but so far nothing specific. I’m going to dig into Shopify’s docs today to see what’s available from them.

Yes, we’ve implemented this flow many times—one of the examples in that article is actually based on our work. All return and exchange related data is available through the Shopify GraphQL API, not the REST API.

It would be great if Celigo could look at adding this into the integration app..... I have a similar requirement.
