Items disappearing from the Collection in Shopify using NetSuite Celigo Integration app

We have integrate NetSuite to Shopify using the NetSuite Integration app in Celigo. I haved an issue in the Shopify . When I add a new collection in Shopify . The item will show in the corresponding Collection in Shopify . After the next item sync , the item will disappear from the Shopify

Did any one face the same issue ?
