Issue with BigCommerce to NetSuite Fulfillment custom Flow Since May 21st

Hello Everyone,

We developed a custom flow to sync BigCommerce Shipments to NetSuite Fulfillments for a client over a year ago. The flow had been running successfully until midday on May 21st 2025.

I noticed that the flow became stuck, so on May 29th, I canceled it and re-ran the flow starting from May 21st. The fulfillments were successfully imported from that date. The flow resumed normal operation around midnight on May 29th, but it got stuck again shortly after.

I’m unsure why this issue is occurring—especially since no other flows are running during the same time. Could you please help me why the flow has been failing to run since May 21st?

We also noticed a bug with BigCommerce, although in our case it seems more UI-related.

That said, what exactly do you mean by “stuck”? Does the flow remain in “In Progress” status and just hang there?

Thank you for the response. The fulfillment flow remains in the "In Progress" status. Other custom flows from BigCommerce to NetSuite—such as orders, refunds, and cancellations—are working as expected without any issues. The problem appears to be isolated to the fulfillment flow.
