Building Custom NetSuite SuiteBilling workflows

I am working on creating a workflow to load subscription information into NetSuite Suitebilling from a custom in-house billing system. I have been able to get the subscriptions created but they are in the Draft status, which is to be expected. Has anyone had success using Celigo to change the subscription lines to "Pending Activation" then activating the subscription? Also, when I try to create a Saved Search for a subscription lookup, I would like to have the subscription lines included in the Celigo record, anyone have any tips on how to do this? Thanks!
