Hello guys,

We have one question regarding the above flow. Can we configure this flow for both Cash Sale and Invoice transactions?

We would like to sync billing information using both transaction types (Cash Sale and Invoice). For this requirement, could you please let us know what changes are needed in the Celigo configuration and the saved search in NetSuite (Integration App – Shopify IA)?

Hi Swapnil, the NetSuite Billing to Shopify Billing (Add) flow works with both Cash Sales and Invoices depending on the Payment method in NetSuite.

NetSuite decides the transaction type: if the Payment Method on the Sales Order is filled, a Cash Sale is created; if it’s empty, an Invoice is created.
