Salesforce to Netsuite Integration

Hi Team,

I am new to Celigo platform, need to integrate salesforce with Netsuite, The standard Salesforce- NetSuite IA does not work for us. Our usecase is completely based on custom object.

  1. Data sync should starts when Status of Custom Object in Salesforce updated as Ready.
  2. Create Vendor in NetSuite If not created already, then pull vendor Id
  3. Add Vendor Bills under same Vendor Records.
  4. Once payment is initiated, update some information to salesforce from Netsuit.

Would appreciate if any one can guide me.

Hi Asish,

Since the standard Salesforce–NetSuite Integration App (IA) doesn’t support custom objects, you’ll need to build a custom flow in Celigo. Set up a Salesforce connector to detect when the object’s status is “Ready,” then check if the Vendor exists in NetSuite, creating one if necessary and capturing the Vendor ID. Use that ID to create Vendor Bills by mapping fields from Salesforce, and finally add a return flow so that when payments are processed in NetSuite, updates such as Payment Status and Transaction ID are written back to the Salesforce custom object or related record, keeping both systems aligned.

We can connect you with your account manager to help you get started. From there, our professional services team will guide you through building and configuring your flow, while also assisting with any design-related questions that may arise during implementation.
