Amazon (FBA) order to NetSuite order Add Error

Hello Everyone

I am trying to import order as cash sale but i am getting below error

Integration Apps- Amazon-seller central

Error details

Failed to create, update/transform record because Infinite loop is detected in the client script.
Code-infinite_loop_detected
Source-Post submit SuiteScript hook

Can you please help me how to resolve the error.

Hi,

This is just my initial hunch but it could have something to do with how the shipping address on the incoming orders and the addresses on the existing customer records in NS do not match.

Here is what you can try:

  1. Go to mapping
  2. Check the Mapping "Shipping Address Country"
  3. Click on the gear icon
  4. Can you make sure that the "Use this field for NetSuite record initialization" is NOT checked? If it is checked, uncheck it.
  5. Retry the error, or re-import the order.

If the error persists, please create a ticket so we can check further.
