Work Order Record Type

I want to export Work Orders records from NetSuite. When I check into NetSuite record type drop down list I don't have the Work Order as a type. Do I need to add some type of permissions in NetSuite or some other settings are required?

Hey Hristina,

Yes, you need to use a role which has permissions in NetSuite for Transactions > Work Order > Full.

That's what I would check first. you only see record types listed that the connector's role has permission to use.
