What tags would you like to use for posts?

We’ve been working on what tags we should make for each category and would like to crowdsource some ideas. For the integrator.io category, I’ve made flow-builder, mapper, handlebars, javascript, error-handling, authentication, database, file-transfers, myapi, xml, tips-n-tricks.

Does anyone have opinions?

For the integrator.io Category

  1. performance
Focus: Discussions on optimizing integration flow execution, resource usage, and overall efficiency.

  2. scheduling
Focus: Topics on setting up timed or recurring flows, cron-like triggers, and best practices for automating tasks.

  3. monitoring
Focus: Coverage of real-time performance tracking, flow health, and proactive alerts to ensure integrations run optimally.

  4. rate-limiting
Focus: Strategies for controlling API usage, throttling requests, and protecting against overload or abuse.

For the API Management Category

I do not have access to the API Management but lets give it a try:

  1. api-gateway
Focus: Configurations, optimizations, and best practices for managing your API gateway and routing requests efficiently.

  2. security
Focus: Discussions on securing APIs, including authentication mechanisms, encryption, and compliance requirements.

  3. rate-limiting
Focus: Strategies for controlling API usage, throttling requests, and protecting against overload or abuse.

Thanks for the suggestions! Added

Maybe it would also be handy to have a “release-notes” tag or even a dedicated link on the left side of the menu.

We have that under Announcements with the tag release-notes! Here is an example: Celigo Platform 2025.1.1 Released

It would also be good to have tags for various endpoints inside integrator.io: e.g., Shopify, NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.

I thought about that, but then wasn't sure where it would end. As in, how popular should an app be to get its own tag?

I would say that anything with a named connector should have its own tag — granted, that would be a lot ... but I would appreciate a way to systematically filter posts by endpoint. It would be nice if there was a way to have a separate list of "tags" for these so they didn't clog up the main tag list — like a custom field.

All applications added . Checkout the tags and tag groups here: Celigo Connective.
