I have been trying to update custom segment field on Job record using an Import. There is no errors and other fields are updating correctly except the custom segment. What could be the possible reason?
Can you share some screenshots of your mappings and import setup?
@anithabanothu was able to update custom segments on a job record in our environment. It would be helpful to see your setup to determine if anything is amiss.
I apologize for the late reply, here is my mapping of import. It is showing in the output but is not updating in NetSuite Environment. I tried updating other fields and was successfully able to do so.
**Note:**This field is mandatory on Job record.

I raised a case for this, and the team helped me resolve that. The issue was some outdated configuration in mapping. As soon as the field was removed and added again, it started working correctly.
