TROUBLESHOOTING: Walmart error “glitch on our end” when exporting GTIN records

Although you may have received the following error while performing an export to query GTIN values,

“It looks like there was a glitch on our end. Please try again. 
If the problem persists, contact Walmart Partner Support.”

…in many cases, Walmart partner support will instead direct you to Celigo.

To make sure that your integration complies with Walmart’s requirements, verify that export settings include the following required fields:

  • Price
  • Product Tax Code
  • Item Weight details
  • Shipping Overrides – hardcoded either as “No” or “Yes” (along with the dependent field details)
