I am getting the error sss_time_limit_exceeded (Script Execution Time Exceeded) with classification as “Too large” only when trying to add a customer.
This issue is not there when using suitescript 1.0 version.
Any suggestions?

Hi @Ovina_Peiris ....
I've recently come across this in some other research I did. My current understanding is that when we package up the full set of activities that NS must execute, it is exceeding 5 minutes. That is a function related to "how many records are on your page", "how many specific functions are required" (including lookups) and "whether the NS instance is busy at the time".
The main recommendation to avoid it so far is 'make the page size smaller'.
Also... I am following up on this in another thread with a support ticket since I wonder if there are things we can help optimize when we hit this scenario. If you have a very simple case you wouldn't expect to hit that threshold, I'd love to get some more details. Email me at tony.curcio@celigo.com
