Shopify B2B - Netsuite: template vs. integration and bundles

Hi, I’m trying to install the Shopify B2B template, but I’m getting an error.

The error suggests Netsuite is looking for something about B2B locations. I am a bit confused about whether I need to have installed bundles on Netsuite; I haven’t. I was expecting this to be a set of flows which I could use as starting points for the flows that we actually need.

In the article Install the Shopify – NetSuite quickstart integration template, a couple bundles are mentioned–a Netsuite “Integrator Bundle” and “Netsuite custom bundle (336119)”. I think I was not following that when we were first exploring the other Shopify - Netsuite setup, because “quickstart” and “integration” implied it was part of the “integration” app, and that wasn’t what we were looking for.

Now, I’m wondering if the templates still depend on bundles being set up in Netsuite, totally apart from the integration app.

  1. Are the templates (not integration app) meant to be used with Netsuite bundles?
  2. Is the Shopify B2B - Netsuite template usable without the integration app?
  3. Does the Shopify B2B - Netsuite template require installing the Netsuite “Integrator Bundle” and “Netsuite custom bundle (336119)”, or any other bundles?
  4. If bundles are meant to be used alongside the flows (used without an integration app), are those bundles also customizable on Netsuite?

The reason we’re interested in the template flows is because we need to make a lot of adjustments to accommodate different logic and custom Netsuite info that needs to sync with Shopify. I’m not sure all of that will fit neatly into whatever the bundles are built to do. But maybe the bundles are also meant to be a “template” of sorts from the Netsuite side?

Any guidance here would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Please follow the KB article for Shopify B2B - NetSuite Template.
The Bundle ID that is needed here is 81289. This Bundle is being used for Shopify - NetSuite integration application and the Shopify B2B - NetSuite Template.

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in the KB and let me know if you are facing any issue.

I notice that you mention bundle 81289 and the KB article for Shopify B2B - Netsuite that you mentioned also says bundle 81289.

However, if I click the link there about installing the NetSuite integrator.io bundle, that page is all about installing bundle 20038.

Is bundle 20038 also required, or only 81289?
What is the difference?

And, on the help page about installing NetSuite integrator.io bundle, it mentions possibly needing to uninstall a Celigo bundle if an integration with Salesforce is being used.
Could using bundle 81289 also require uninstalling a Celigo bundle that was set up for Salesforce?
If so, could that break existing Salesforce flows?

@Emily_Kerby As a prerequisite, the Bundle 20038 needs to be installed first followed by 81289.

Please do not uninstall the Salesforce (or any other) bundle as that is required only when you need to uninstall the Bundle 20038. For installing 20038 and 81289 you can ignore uninstallation step.
