BigCommerce → NetSuite Orders IA (Customer Assignment for B2C Orders)

Hello Everyone,

I’m facing the following issue in the BigCommerce → NetSuite Orders IA flow:

“Failed to Add/Update customer for BigCommerce order. Failed to create/update/transform record because Module does not exist: /Celigo_Basis.closure.js.”

Could you please share your observations or suggestions on how to resolve this?

This error commonly occurs when the required Celigo bundles (specifically, scripts like /Celigo_Basis.closure.js) are missing or not properly installed in your NetSuite account.

To resolve this, please refer to the following:

  1. Check NetSuite Bundle Installation:
    Verify the Celigo integrator.io and relevant Integration App bundles are installed. (NetSuite Path: Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles > List).
  2. Verify Bundle Version:
    Confirm the installed bundles are on the latest version.
  3. Update/Reinstall:
    If outdated or corrupted, update the bundle to the latest version.
  4. Refresh Mappings:
    In integrator.io, refresh your field mappings after the update to sync the new components.
