Setting Up your Account for Success

Welcome to Celigo! We are happy you have officially decided to select Celigo as your partner in crime for your automation journey. All our ‘T’s are crossed and our ‘I’s are dotted but now what?

We’re glad you asked. Over the course of the next few days you will meet your Celigo account team, including your Onboarding Manager and Account Manager. Your dedicated account team will be there to help guide you through the onboarding process and set you up for early success by strategic goal review and resource alignment.

In the meantime, there are some early action items you can do to set up your account prior to the onboarding:

  • Accept your Celigo invite - Upon signing your Celigo contract you will receive an email under the account listed as your account owner. Here the Celigo licensing team will welcome you to Celigo and invite you to log into your provisioned account
    • Tip: The account owner should have been discussed with your Account Executive in the contract cycle. This could be an email alias or the signee of the contract. If you are unsure, please contact your Account Executive
    • Extra Tip: We always recommend having the account owner listed as an email alias
  • Make sure your Entitlements are Correct - Once you log into your account we recommend you review your entitlements to make sure they match your contract. You can review your entitlements directly from the platform by following the guide on How to review available subscription endpoint
  • Assign Roles and Responsibilities - Start inviting users to your platform and assigning roles for individual users.
    • Tip: There is currently no limit to the number of users you are allowed to add to your account
    • Extra Tip: If you are working with a Celigo Partner, feel free to start inviting your partner team to your account
  • Pre-Existing Accounts - If you have an old Celigo account, whether it be a trial account or an old Celigo account, make sure to review that your current platform if reflected as intended. Whether you want to have a fresh start or want to pick up where you left off, just let us know if adjustments are needed

This is not an exhaustive list but should get you started while we work to get your onboarding scheduled. We look forward to the start of our partnership!
