Thanks for sharing, but Iā€™m not sure I fully see what is actually being automated here.

The description sounds smooth, but when looking at the actual integration (screenshot attached), I just see a lot of different steps. What probably works. But maybe you can explain a bit more detailed.

For example:

  • What exactly triggers the Direct Debit?
  • How is the payment made
  • What happens in the flow in depth

It might be helpful to explain what parts are truly automated and what still depends on correct setup or conditions in NetSuite.
