How can we create custom flows and tie them the the flow... it seem that we are unable to create custom flows in other applications and tie them together?

Hi Anthony,

More details on the use case would be helpful in answering this query. However to give a general idea, IA flows are part of pre-build integration apps, which have pre defined functionality and use case. If you want some additional functionality on top of IA flows, custom flows can be useful depending upon the use case.

We would like to create a Shopify-NetSuiote enhancement request to Include ShopCash payments in the Payoiuts report, as this is generating differences.

We got from Celigo the following article and the suggestion to generate an Enhancement request.

Could you help clarify your request a bit further?

Just want to make sure I understand correctly, when you mention "include ShopCash Payments in the Payout Report," are you referring to syncing ShopCash-related transactions (such as shop_cash_credit and shop_cash_refund_debit) to a dedicated GL Account in NetSuite?

Currently, these transaction types are being classified under Variance in NetSuite, so I want to confirm the intended behaviour.
