Sandbox Switch: Error - Format of an element (at index 0) - invalid error object, pre map hook

I set up a new salesforce connection to a new sandbox (sandbox to sandbox) and pointed all my flows to the connection on the new sandbox.

When trying to sync orders, I get this generic error: “Error - Format of an element (at index 0) - invalid error object, pre map hook”

I’m using everything out of the box and subscription does not have logging. I’ve verified that the sandboxes have the same fields, picklists, ids, etc. Refreshed metadata at the connection, flow, and value map levels. I don’t see any helpful information in Salesforce debug logs. I have no visibility to the pre map hook where this seems to be failing.

Anyone have experience with moving the Salesforce Connection to a new sandbox and seen this?

Notably, I can get all the other flows to sync, but also having errors on Account and Contacts that it can’t write back due to Invalid Cross Reference Key - but they are brand new account/contact, so it’s not a sandbox id mismatch (or shouldn’t be). Mentioning if it’s helpful for the topic.

Is this for the NetSuite - Salesforce integration app or are these flows you've made?

Oh yes, important detail I left out. This is for the out-of-the-box Salesforce to NetSuite flows.
