Not all Saved Search results exported after NetSuite 2025.2 upgrade

We have a Sales Order export step in one of our flows that seems to not be picking up all records in the Saved Search. When viewing the Saved Search results in the NetSuite UI we see records in the search that are not being exported, nor do they show up in the Preview data for the export. Some records are being exported just fine. We have verified that the user/role being used for the Connection can see all results in the NetSuite UI as well. This issue started occurring immediately after our upgrade to NetSuite 2025.2. We have found that triggering any update on the customer record related to the impacted Sales Order does allow them to then be exported successfully.

We have tried creating a new connection and had the same results. There is no additional search criteria defined on the export step on the flow.

There haven’t been any recent changes related to how data is fetched from Saved Searches in NetSuite. To help us investigate this further, could you please create a support ticket with our team? They’ll be able to work with you more closely to analyse the issue in detail.
