Intermittent Delay in Real-time Salesforce to Celigo to Business Central Flows - Seeking Advice

Hi all,

I've encountered an issue in my real-time Salesforce to Celigo flows pushing data to Business Central. I have three flows set up for Accounts, Contacts, and Addresses. In the Account setup, the Contact is selected as the primary and the Address as the default shipping. When an Account is created, it simultaneously creates a Contact and Address, pushing all this data to Celigo and then to Business Central.

After the records are created in Business Central, a trigger is sent back to Celigo from SF to update the Customer in BC with the primary Contact and default Address details, now that these records exist in Business Central.

Under normal circumstances, this flow step of a record takes about 10 seconds. However, I've been experiencing intermittent delays where the flow step hangs and takes 1 to 2 minutes instead. When I check the flow steps individually with a preview or if I test it via Postman then I got no delays.

I've attempted to remedy this by adjusting the concurrency levels on the connection in both directions, but it hasn't resolved the issue.

Has anyone encountered similar issues or have any suggestions on what might be causing this delay and how I might be able to resolve it? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
