Hook function error: failed to fech transactions. Error #null

Hello Team,

We are receiving the following error in the Shopify to NetSuite Refund flow. During the refund process, the flow fails with this error. However, when we retry each failed record individually, it processes successfully and the refund is imported into NetSuite.

Flow Name- Shopify refund to NetSuite refund (add) (IA flow)

Error Message- hook function error: failed to fech transactions. Error #null

Can anyone help us to how we can resolve this errors.

This type of error typically indicates a temporary connectivity issue, missing permissions, or a configuration problem with the linked account. We recommend starting by reauthorizing any affected connections.
Could you please reauthorize your NetSuite connection and let us know if the error persists afterward?
If the error persists, please ensure all required fields referenced by your hook function or downstream steps are being populated correctly in the source data or in earlier steps. Look for null or missing values that might interrupt the transaction fetch. You can simply check the Retry Data if there are "null" values in it.
