FAQ: Why am I unable to transfer ownership of an integrator.io account?

If you are unsuccessful when attempting to transfer account ownership to a new user (or to a new email address), verify that the current owner of the account has not been added as a user to any other integrator.io account. In order to transfer account ownership in such cases, you must first delete that user from any other integrator.io accounts.
