FAQ: How can I transfer a flow from one account to another?

Q: I’ve created a standalone flow in my own account and need to move it to my company’s account.

A: You’ll need to create an integration or open an existing one.

To do so,

  1. If you don't already have an integration, click Home > Create integration.
  2. Once you’ve got your integration, click the integration tile to view the Integration details.
  3. Click Attach flow, then select the flow you want to add to this integration.
  4. In the top navigation bar, click the user avatar > My Account (if you see My Profile, you’re not an account owner and won’t be able to transfer integrations).
  5. Click the Transfers tab
  6. Click +Create transfer
  7. Enter the new owner’s email, then select the integration you want to transfer. Once you’ve sent this transfer invitation, that user will get an email invitation to accept the transfer request. They’ll need to accept that request, which should then show the integration tile you transferred on the Home page of that account.
  8. Your company’s account owner will then need to invite you to that account.
