Errors creating return authorizations

I’m attempting to create an FBA refund flow that would works with Kit Items. I pull the FBA returns report from Amazon Seller Central, lookup the SKU provided to pull the component items, and now I’m trying to create the Return Authorization but I’m getting this error:

Failed to create, update/transform record because You have entered an invalid default value for this record transformation operation.

Here’s my mappings for the Return Authorization import step:

Wondering what I’m missing or what I’m doing wrong, thanks in advance!

Hi Jack,

Regarding the error, it could indicate the following:

  1. The record you are trying to process was not created by the Amazon–NetSuite Integration App. Or,

  2. An incorrect value is being submitted, which is not acceptable in the NetSuite field. This could be related to the mapping configuration.

To move forward, please try the following steps:

  • Review your mappings and use internal IDs instead of Names, and see if this resolves the issue.

  • As a test, try to manually create a Return Authorization in NetSuite and select the same fields based on your current mappings. This will help confirm which values are accepted by those fields.
