Hi @Ovina_Peiris ... (corrected) Enterprise package includes detailed logging. It is available at Professional as an add on. All packages have debug logging available (and then longer durations based on your package)

We are on professional plan and still it says to request an upgrade.

We were. But our account manager helped me to move to a different one that allows me to use features like multi instance flows and SSO.

and still have the issue with logs.

I see "Professional (2024) plan" there. But I signed a contract to move to a different one with

Professional Edition - SSO Support, log retention 60 days, a replica sandbox environment for integrator.io and each Integration App.......

I signed this on 30th December.

Thank you Tyler. I was told that when i am on this plan I can install any app from marketplace but I am unable to do that as well.

My bad on the earlier note... for professional, detailed logging is an add on.

However, what you can use though is the debugger feature. Any flow can be put into debug mode for 24 hours (in professional) and that will capture all of the detailed logging and then some.

You cannot use the debugger feature based on what I see (You can debug a connection for a maximum of 60 minutes). To enable debug mode even i need to have detailed logs enabled which I don't have at the moment.

Great points, Ovina — I had similar thoughts as well.

I went ahead and opened a separate feedback thread so we can collect input and hopefully improve this together as a community. Debugging is really the bread and butter for Celigo implementation specialists, so having a smoother experience here would make a big difference.
