Why do my debug logs only show information on payload for the last step

Professional (2024) I enabled debug logs and ran a flow.

The flow is a batch from Netsuite (Suiteanalytics) that does a second lookup against NS to get Sales Order LInes, and then updates SF Orders with Line data and then the header and finally writes back to netsuite to stop sending the record.
I enabled debugging... I set it to 1 hour
The only logs I get are for the last step. Why don't I have details about the records that went through and the transforms and lookups and imports that happened at the earlier steps?

Currently all HTTP and NetSuite adaptors are supported, but in your case you’re using SuiteAnalytics which is on our JDBC adaptor and you’re also using Salesforce which is on our Salesforce adaptor. Our goal is to support the remaining adaptors in the coming releases.
