Anyone has any idea how to have only one setup:
- Below is very confusing for our users.
- Can we rename sandbox_migrated to something else?
- How to add more environments if we need to?

Here's an article that explains how a new environment can be created and managed.
For renaming an existing environment, you can simply click on the environment name (within Account > Environments page) and you should be able to edit the name. However, you cannot rename or disable the Production environment. This action is only available for an Owner and Admins in the account.
Regarding the view, where you're seeing both the dropdown and toggle, the team is working on getting it fixed. Ideally, you should be seeing the dropdown only. Please ignore the dropdown toggle until it is fixed.

I am an admin but cannot see the "environments" option.
Another note: I cannot ignore the dropdown as that is the right setting.
The environments menu is only visible if you are in the Production environment (had to hunt for it myself too 
)

Apologies for the confusion. I meant to say 'Please ignore the toggle' as dropdown is the right way to switch between the environments.
