Can't see Status (InternalId) field on the Item Fulfullment object in NetSuite

I can't see the Status (InternalId) field on the Item Fulfillment object in our production instance of NetSuite. I can see it fine when connected to and using the sandbox. How/why would this field be hidden or not accessible? Our NetSuite admin says that security permissions are setup the same.

Try making sure the Status field appears on the default custom transaction form in your NetSuite prod. If that's there then make sure to click the little refresh icon at the top of the field list.

If you still can't see it, you can make to the script id of the field. As long as the preview looks good the mapping will work.
