I’m trying to go live with a trading partner with an AS2 connection after having tested and verified in their sandbox. Though when they send me a document we are getting this error:
There is an error in receving the EDI message. Error message: Verification failed
--9Fo1ApBI
Content-Type: message/disposition-notification
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
It’s great that outbound is working, but inbound it’s likely due to how you configured verification settings. I would play around with these signature settings in “Configure my AS2 station”, it’s likely due to the signing algorithm you choose.
Hey Adam, I appreciate the proposed solution. I have sent all of our settings to both our trading partner and SPS to see if we have a mismatch and they have verified that they match.
Another piece of information that may be important is that the actual document I am able to see in the debug connection, as in it is no longer encrypted and completely readable. The document just doesn’t process through the flow that would process it and create the order in our NetSuite.
Hi Jack, can you provide a bit more detail. Is the payload, the EDI message, being directed to a flow via the AS2 content-based router logic. Could be your data does not match a CBR rule, so are not seeing the payload. Many customers setup a default (else condition) rule and a default flow just to get the data.
