Urgent: Store View not visiblle and unable to sync them in Integration

Hello everyone,

The Magento–NetSuite integration is currently live with a single store and store view. Recently, the client added multiple additional store views in Magento.

While configuring this in the Celigo Sandbox environment, I was able to see and successfully add the newly created store views under the "Select Tax Inclusive Stores" setting.

However, in the Celigo Production environment, I’m only able to see the original single store view — the new store views are not visible.

This is a high-priority issue, as Magento is already live and we are scheduled to import bulk orders from Magento to NetSuite. Your prompt assistance in resolving this discrepancy would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sravani,

you should have a refresh button to the right of the field that will sync the new stores from your Magento instance:

Thank you for your response.

We have refreshed all the settings and reauthorized the connection using admin access. However, we are still unable to view the stores.

The integration currently supports Magento version 2.4.6, whereas the instance I’m working with is on version 2.4.7. This version mismatch appears to be the reason why the stores are not visible.
