Hello Everyone,

I’m facing an issue with the Salesforce-NetSuite IA product flow “NetSuite Item to Salesforce Product Add/Update.”

  • Create functionality is working fine.

  • Update functionality is failing with the following error:

    Error: Unable to update the Salesforce Item using the IA flow.
    Composite Operation failed due to the following error(s):
    This price definition already exists in this price book for PricebookEntry[0]

It seems the flow is attempting to add a new price book entry with the same value in multiple lines, which causes a conflict.

Could you please share your observations or suggestions on how to resolve this?

Hello @Goutham_Pothugalla,

I see that you are getting the error regarding pricebook entry. May I ask if you can share a screenshot of the mapping for your Post Products to Salesforce, please?

Also, may I ask if you can try to use the mapping for looking up if the pricebook entry exists?
