The field in Netsuite is “long text” pushing the metafield value to Shopify metafield “ribbon.applications” which is a Multi-line text field.
Getting this error:Type 'single_line_text_field' must be consistent with the definition's type: 'multi_line_text_field'.
An example of the long text field in Netsuite is:

In integrator.io Netsuite and Shopify are both set to string values. Field mapping is set to “standard” with no modifications to other fields.

Angge, thank you for jumping on this. I am going to close it up. The solution was really quite simple. Because there was a change in one of our shopify metafields moving from single line. to multiline, the metafields needed to be synced in settings>general check box “Sync Shopify metafield definitions”
