I've recently started getting a lot of these errors on our Shopify connection every day, throughout the day. Is anyone else experiencing this? I know I can automate retrying these errors but wanted to flag it incase it was a global issue.
Thanks for confirming this Ezriah. I'm also noticed this a lot on my HTTP connection to Business Central. I was off Friday and came in this morning to about 360 errors and about 98% of them were these intermittent errors. I'll be automating retrying these errors but would love to hear from Celigo what could be causing this. My hunch is it was a change on the back end with the most recent release as I haven't made any changes to these connections.
Agree, we are seeing the exact same. They have been increasing in frequency over the last 2 weeks.
We're looking into why this is happening. Can you all confirm they are at least auto-retrying? I see the classification is set to intermittent, which is correct, but they should also be auto-retrying if your flow has auto-retry set to true.
I have 16 errors on my Shopify connection from 4 hours ago. Does the Shopify connection have the auto-retry option? I do see that enabled on my HTTP connections but I haven't noticed them getting retried. How often does that run? I have a few errors from 2-4 hours old on my HTTP connection step now.
This flow level setting should be on so that errors classified as intermittent get auto-retried. Is this currently on for you, and are they auto-retrying, or is it on and nothing is auto-retrying?
It's on and the last auto-retry I have is from the 19th. None of the errors since have been retried.
That setting does both auto retry and auto resolve of duplicates. Maybe the field name needs to be adjusted since adding in this functionality because I assume we added auto retry after already having auto resolve of duplicate errors.
What flow id are you seeing errors not auto retry? We checked your account and are seeing auto retry happening.
Also, our team is actively investigating. Initial analysis points to a recent update that may be contributing to the timeouts. We've been load testing a potential fix, and early results are promising. If confirmed, we expect to roll out a hotfix soon.
Not sure if this is related, we're trying to update location mapping in sandbox. Refreshing the Shopify locations from Settings > General results in an Unable to verify response, Status Code: 403
error message. No further details, from what I can see.
Just to update here, I haven't seen many of these type errors for the past couple of weeks. Not sure if you changed anything on your end. Either way, thanks for looking into it.
