NetSuite Invalid Response error

We are receiving invalid_response error from NetSuite for multiple customers. Looks like this started around 12 Noon IST. When we retried the errors, they worked fine. Auto retry is not getting triggered as there is no error classification. Please check if anyone else is facing this issue. We are trying to understand if this is a Celigo error.

Note: This may not be relevant but for one of the customers, the NetSuite connection went offline.

We have been experiencing the same issue. Our NetSuite connections have become unstable, and both the Lookup and Import functions are failing with an "Invalid Response Code" error.

Yeah We're also seeing this for all customers on the US environment with connections to NetSuite. The eu.integrator.io environment doesn't seem to have the issue.

The outage isn't posted on https://status.celigo.com, is that site no longer being used?

The issue has been resolved, and the error should no longer occur. You may also retry any failed items to continue processing them.

Sorry, but we're still getting errors on Web services/File Cabinet operations:

When you retry some of the errors go though ok, but some still error. Retrying those gives the same result, some ok, some error:

To verify it is the US issue I installed the integration on the EU environment, connected to the same NetSuite, and there it works perfectly:

We have resolved the issue for Webservices and File transfer flows as well. You shouldn't be seeing this anymore.
