We are receiving invalid_response error from NetSuite for multiple customers. Looks like this started around 12 Noon IST. When we retried the errors, they worked fine. Auto retry is not getting triggered as there is no error classification. Please check if anyone else is facing this issue. We are trying to understand if this is a Celigo error.
Note: This may not be relevant but for one of the customers, the NetSuite connection went offline.
We have been experiencing the same issue. Our NetSuite connections have become unstable, and both the Lookup and Import functions are failing with an "Invalid Response Code" error.
Yeah We're also seeing this for all customers on the US environment with connections to NetSuite. The eu.integrator.io environment doesn't seem to have the issue.
