Petition order payment sync - Missing second customer deposit
Some orders start with a customer paying a small $2 pledge upfront, then paying the rest later. Right now, that second (remaining balance) payment isn't making it from Shopify into NetSuite automatically. Since NetSuite expects a separate customer deposit record for each of the two payments, it never creates that second deposit — the balance payment just doesn't show up.
Please can some help me understand if this use-case is supported by Celigo IA ?
