Petition order payment sync - Missing second customer deposit
Some orders start with a customer paying a small $2 pledge upfront, then paying the rest later. Right now, that second (remaining balance) payment isn't making it from Shopify into NetSuite automatically. Since NetSuite expects a separate customer deposit record for each of the two payments, it never creates that second deposit — the balance payment just doesn't show up.

Please can some help me understand if this use-case is supported by Celigo IA ?
If yes, then please let me know how can this use-case be supported.

This use case is supported by the Shopify - NetSuite Integration App. However, as discussed in the Support Ticket, the flow is unable to retract the missing Customer Deposits.
