Shopify Gift Card Redemption Effecting Tax in NetSuite

Hi,

We just launched our Shopify store and having some issues with gift card redemption.

I made a Payment item in Netsuite and set that item to be used in the Celigo settings. The problem is that this method effects the subtotal amount on our order which causes Avalara to calculate the incorrect tax amount in NetSuite.

If I don't set the payment item in Celigo then the gift card use doesn't get recorded back to NetSuite.

Is anyone also using Avalara and have a method for recording gift card use properly?
