Shopify customer to NetSuite customer (add or update)

Hello Team,
We have a scenario in which there are customers in shopify which are created by Online store.
When such customers places the order, we need to go that order under Default customers in NetSuite via “Shopify customer to NetSuite customer (add or update)” fllow. We have already mapped Default customer in Celigo. These are guest customers in shopify. Can anyone please help here ?

Yep, you can totally handle this by using a handlebar expression to map online orders to your default customer record in NetSuite.

Can you check if you’re currently using the Customer Deposit flow?

  • If yes, you can do this right through the Customer Lookup Criteria.

  • If not, we can add the handlebar expression in the Order Import flow mapping — though that part needs a backend change from our side.

In that case, it’d be best to open a support ticket so the team can help set up the backend update and walk you through the next steps.
