Rithum EDI Integrations - Document Types

Hello,

We were unable to find any information on the Rithum IA regarding the list of document types it can integrate with—specifically we want to see if it can handle 820. Is there a document available that outlines all the document types the IA supports? When we try to see all document types, this webpage does not give access Rithum EDI Integrations – Celigo.

Hi Dixon - We donot support IAs for Rithum EDI Integration. However, we have template for ‘B2B Manager’ and can make adjustments as required once you add the necessary EDI Trading partner connectors.

We do have a Generic 820 File Definition available. If you can share the Rithum X12 820 Mapping Specification, we can certainly get that added for you!
