I have 3 different on-prem agents for 2 different customers, and none of them have updated from 5.4 to 5.5. Isn’t this supposed to happen automatically? I have even rebooted the host VM. The new local files connector requires an upgraded agent.
I don't see any customers on the new version, so my guess is we push the on‑prem agent update after all users are migrated to the new release. We’re still rolling out the latest release to all users, and it should be done by the end of this week. I’m guessing the agent update will be available then as well. I’ll confirm internally though.
Yeah agent version deployment is last to ensure all accounts are using the latest platform version.
