NetSuite Release 2026.2 Certification

Hi Everyone,

I've been looking though the online help to see if Celigo provides any statement of testing for each of the new NetSuite releases. I found a statement about testing against the upgrades in this FAQ page NetSuite version upgrades: FAQs – Celigo Help Center. Can I obtain something more concrete? Or, can the NetSuite bundle release note pages be updated with the compatible NetSuite versions?

Hello Dave G,

Celigo tests its standard products and connectors against new NetSuite releases. However, our release notes platform does not always clearly identify which NetSuite versions each SuiteBundle and SuiteApp release is compatible with.

For formal confirmation, we can check your current NetSuite bundles or SuiteApps to verify compatibility with your specific NetSuite and Celigo versions. I can then confirm this with our Product Team. I’ll also recommend including this information in future release notes to make upgrade guidance clearer.

Thanks for raising this. We agree that customers should have a clearer way to confirm certification for each major NetSuite release.

For NetSuite 2026.2, we are currently finalizing the Built for NetSuite certification process for the applicable integration apps. Once all applicable integration apps are BFN certified, we plan to communicate the update publicly.

Going forward, we also plan to maintain a dedicated Built for NetSuite certification status for integration apps article that will be updated for each major NetSuite release. This will provide a single place to check the BFN certification status for supported integration apps.

We will also link to this information from the existing NetSuite version upgrades: FAQs article and use Release Notes to announce certification updates when a new NetSuite release is completed.

We’ll share the NetSuite 2026.2 update once the certification process is complete.

My client is scheduled to upgrade on 8/26/2026. Do you think the process will be completed by that time?

Hi @davidgollom ,

We've already verified our offerings extensively against the 2026.2 release and found them all to be compatible. A few are already certified, and the rest should be certified by next week.

If you could share the exact connector usage by the customer, we'll update the final status accordingly. As Sai mentioned, going forward this will also be tracked separately. Thanks!

The client is using the IIO SuiteApp and Bundle and also the Shopify Connector bundle.

Hi David, Shopify Connector is approved while the IO is submitted for approval and is pending with NetSuite for final approval.
Both were tested and verified from our side the approval process should be completed soon. Thanks.
