Magento2-NetSuite Fulfillment flow Error: Shipment Document Validation Error

Hi,

I am getting an error in the Fulfillment flow where Item Fulfillments are exported from NetSuite to create Shipments in Magento2.

{"message":"Shipment Document Validation Error(s):\nThe order does not allow a shipment to be created.\nYou can't create a shipment without products."}

Can anyone please suggest a solution to this error?

it's necessary to invoice the order before you can create a shipment. please, makesure you generate the invoice before processing the shipment.
